Q. What do I need to do in preparation for a measure and quote?
A. Very little. When we visit, we will need access to the interior or exterior window/area, so some clearing may be necessary. If we cannot come to your location and be onsite, you can supply sizes or house plans, for us to quote from.
Q. What suburbs do you cover for free onsite measure and quote?
A. We travel to areas within a radius of approximately 40 km from the Adelaide CBD. Charges may apply outside these areas.
Q. After ordering, what is the process?
A. A deposit of 50% is payable to confirm your order. A final invoice will be emailed when your good are ready for installation.
Q. After ordering, what is the timeframe?
A. Lead times vary on the type of product ordered, your consultant will advise at the time of ordering.
